New Well Feasibility Study

Background
In 2025, just as the Clean Water Consortium was getting its start, Morrow County was awarded a Community Initiated Project (CIP) Request for water infrastructure improvements and to explore building a new well for the City of Irrigon in order to connect unincorporated residents to municipal water. By the end of the year, these funds were transferred directly to the City to go forward with the project.

Morrow County is awarded federal funding to explore expansion of the Irrigon's municipal water system to connect residents outside city boundaries.

Funds are transferred to the City to begin infrastructure improvements, including the building of a new well.
