Project: Free Domestic Well Testing & Water Delivery

Background

Free Domestic Well Testing is being offered in the Lower Umatilla Basin Groundwater Management Area (LUBGWMA). This includes Boardman, Echo, Hermiston, Irrigon, Stanfield, and Umatilla areas. This testing is conducted by Umatilla County Health Department in partnership with Morrow County Health Department and is paid for by Oregon Health Authority. Testing is an important part of collecting the vital, ongoing data necessary to carry-out clean water projects throughout the region. Follow this link to receive Free Domestic Well Testing. Residents with wells testing above 10mg/L of nitrate are eligible for free bottled water delivery until a clean source is made available.
